In order to return an order for a refund, you must be within the window of time for returns for the item. We offer a 90-day return policy on our glasses, and a 1-year policy on our TrueLight devices.
You can process your return online by logging into our website HERE and clicking on “Orders”. Find the order on that page with the item you want to return and click on the “Request Warranty” button to start the RMA process. You’ll want to include a note in the box that references the RMA# and Order# to ensure we can properly process your refund. Please note you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
