In order to return an order for an exchange for a different style of glasses, your order must have been placed within the last 90 days.
You can process your return online by logging into our website HERE and clicking on “Orders”. Find the order on that page with the item you want to exchange and click on the “Request Warranty” button to start the RMA process. You’ll want to include a note in the box that references the RMA# and Order# to ensure we can properly process your exchange.
